Return Policy

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn or unused, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned to us without prior approval will not be processed.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Prompt communication will allow us to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain categories of items are not eligible for return, including:

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for reduced-price items or items purchased using gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to receive your desired item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will be notified of the refund approval status. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
